In the ancient lineage of Shaolin martial arts, Fut Sao Wing Chun, formerly known as Buddha Hand, stands as a timeless beacon of adaptability and principle-based excellence.
Embracing its roots as one of the oldest Shaolin disciplines, this art transcends mere combat, inviting practitioners to engage in a profound internal battle of self-mastery.
By integrating principles from both soft and hard styles of Chinese martial arts, Fut Sao Wing Chun offers a unique path where individual strengths and weaknesses are honored, guiding practitioners towards holistic development in mind, body, and spirit. Through the practice of WuDe, the Shaolin principles of integrity and ethics, students of Fut Sao Wing Chun embark on a transformative journey that not only hones combative efficiency but also nurtures personal growth and self-discovery.
By focusing on high concepts and principles, this versatile martial art empowers a diverse community of practitioners to navigate life’s challenges with grace and fortitude, embodying the essence of a warrior both on the battlefield and within themselves.

This form contains forms such as “sticky- sticks”, as well as offensive and defensive techniques. It develops long range fa-jing and pointing.
Each form is accompanied by a two-man fighting form that helps students to synthesize the principles and techniques of each form. The two-man sets are done in a live manner to allow fighting development.
Fut Sao Wing Chun also has internal sets that are practiced in order for the student to attain the development of Light Skills, Ging, inch power, Heavy Horse, and Dim Mak. This is a very rare Shaolin set taught out of small villages in Canton.
Fut Sao incorporates many different types of stimulus response drills to help develop action without thought. In a self-defense situation one needs to act and not think about acting.
